Creating from the Magic Within

This inspiring workshop was received recently at Lochmara Lodge with resounding praise.

For this 2-day workshop the focus is on developing inner creative vision rather than reproducing an "outside" scene. Through carefully sequenced exercises, including spontaneous drawing to Lethea's live harp music, both total art beginners and experienced artists will learn to evoke and express their inner images using pastels and coloured pencils.
These classes, each limited to 10 people to allow maximum individual instruction and group sharing, are relaxed, encouraging, playful, and non-competitive. Each participant goes home with ten pieces of art they've created, many of "frame-able" quality.

Several well established pastel artists have echoed this feedback from Tauranga artist Brian Frank: "NgAng took me out of my comfort zone to areas I could not imagine ... my use of colour has been heightened, and ... his approach gave me a fresh standpoint from which I can continue reaching beyond myself in an artistic as well as a social and spiritual sense."
NgAng's diverse paintings, prints, and cards can be viewed on his website: www.ngangart.co.nz.  For cost and other workshop information or to book your spot,
